We deploy both conventional and CNC technology for flat grinding.
We use Jung flat grinding machines to achieve our high precision in the 0.5–1µ range.

Here our qualified staff grind embossing dies, bending dies, cutting punches, cutting dies, inserts and much more besides.
We rely on the Amada Meister G3 for our CNC grinding.

Here our trained staff quickly and precisely produce plates or even the smallest construction and replacement parts, such as punch holding, guide and pressure plates or cutting, bending and embossing dies.
We also use quick lifting here, which enables us to operate at a speed of 250 strokes per minute.
We also use both processes to manufacture various items for high-performance stamping tools.
Our CNC-controlled profile grinding machines can be used to work with a precision of 2 µm; to produce for instance a cutting punch for high-performance punching tools and gear elements for cold forming.
We produce parts with a surface quality of Ra 0.10 µm depending on the requirements.
Highest precision in the production process and flexibility in order processing are our distinguishing features in this case.
